Usage
This transition strip is ideal for residential and commercial settings where two flooring surfaces meet. Use it in bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and staircases to hide unsightly gaps and prevent debris from collecting in the seam. The self‑adhesive layer adheres firmly to clean, dry surfaces, creating a secure seal that resists moisture, oil, and dust. Homeowners will appreciate the quick installation process—simply peel off the protective film and press the strip into place. For renters, the adhesive can be removed without leaving residue, making it a reversible solution for temporary flooring changes. The strip also works well on stovetop edges, protecting against oil splatter and simplifying cleanup. Its low profile ensures a smooth transition that does not interfere with door swing or foot traffic.

FAQ
Can the strip be removed and repositioned?
Yes, the self‑adhesive backing allows the strip to be peeled off and repositioned once, provided the surface remains clean and free of debris. For best results, avoid removing and re‑applying the strip multiple times, as the adhesive may lose its initial strength.
What types of flooring can I use this strip with?
The strip is compatible with most hard flooring surfaces, including hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, and engineered wood. It also works well over carpet edges where a low‑profile transition is needed. Ensure the surface is level and free of moisture before installation.
Is the product safe for households with children and pets?
Absolutely. The PVC material is non‑toxic, odorless, and free from harmful chemicals, making it safe for homes with children and pets. Its smooth surface also reduces the risk of tripping, and the adhesive does not contain any hazardous substances.
How do I clean and maintain the transition strip?
Cleaning is simple: wipe the strip with a damp cloth and a mild detergent if needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they can damage the matte coating. The anti‑dust surface repels dirt, so routine light cleaning keeps it looking new.
